You will immediately notify LabsLink.com of any unauthorized use of Member’s password, member name, e-mail, or any others. The member will be asked to provide a member name and password when he or she creates an account in the Site. Member is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password related to your account. LabsLink.com encourages member to change their password at least once a month. LabsLink.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from someone else using your account or your password with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by LabsLink.com due to activities in your account with or without your knowledge.

Member may not use this Site to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of LabsLink.com or others.
